Building Work
From
Monday 6 July 2009 until the end of August 2009
the premises at Kay Street Baptist will be closed
except for morning and evening Sunday services,
which will be held upstairs in the Worship Area.
During the closure we will be upgrading our
toilet facilities and carrying other essential
work.
Some of our activities are relocating during
this period, please see details below.
Antioch Christian Bookroom
Due
to the building work the Antioch Bookroom will
be moving
to temporary accommodation.
From Thursday 2
July 2009 you will be able to
find them at 5a Bank Street on
the ground floor of International properties,
which is between Herbal Health (Fitzpatricks)
and Rossendale Models.
Same hours, same staff, same stock - do visit!
Shoppers' Service
Shoppers'
Service will be meeting each Thursday at Longholme
Methodist from 9 July 2009 until the building
work is complete.
Torch Fellowship
Torch Fellowship
will also meet at Longholme Methodist on 4 July
and 1 August 2009.
Camera Club
Camera Club
will meet at St Paul's Centre on 31 July 2009,
there will be no meeting in August.
In
addition there is a trip to Yorkshire Sculpture
Park on 11 July 2009.
Holme Manor
The
next visit to Holme Manor will be on the afternoons
of Sunday 12 July and 9 August 2009.
Cherry Tree Lodge
The
next visit to Cherry Tree Lodge will be on the
afternoons of Sunday 26 July and 30 August 2009.
Going Deeper Series
The
next event will be on 30 August 2009 at 8:00pm
(coffee from 7:30pm) "Dealing
with Dementia". The speaker
is the Rev Gaynor Hammond, Regional Tutor at
Northern Baptist College.
